The I Ching is the ancient Chinese "Book of Changes". It is an oracle: a source of advice to help you take decisions when there is no rational basis on which to take them. Your query will be used to select a hexagram which represents your current situation and advises on it.
The interpretation is done by a cgi program written in Perl 5 by Andrew Grillet. It deliberately has no graphics, so it is fast. (I have accessed it myself using very slow modems.)
